Education is the single most powerful tool against poverty. Shiksha Seva ensures no child is denied learning for want of a pencil, a bag, or a fee.
Across India, children — especially girls — leave school not because they lack ambition, but because families cannot afford basic stationery. A child without a notebook walks into the classroom already feeling lesser than the others. Shiksha Seva removes that barrier, completely and unconditionally.
Shiksha Seva runs two core initiatives — Vidya Kit and Shiksha Daan — addressing both immediate material needs and longer-term educational continuity for children across India's underserved communities.
A complete learning kit — school bag, notebooks, pencils, erasers, geometry box, and seasonal essentials — distributed annually to children whose families cannot afford them. No child begins the school year empty-handed.
Financial support for children at risk of dropping out — covering school fees, examination costs, and in critical cases providing monthly family stipends. We work with teachers to identify the most at-risk children and intervene before dropout happens.
Every rupee goes toward putting learning tools in a child's hands and keeping them in school.
