Hunger and inadequate clothing are quiet realities for thousands of families across India — invisible to policy reports but painfully visible in the lanes our field workers walk every day. A child learning on an empty stomach cannot absorb a lesson. A labourer working through winter in thin cotton cannot sustain his family.
Ann means food. Vastra means clothing. Seva means service. The name says everything.
We run two parallel tracks. Food drives — both regular monthly distributions and surge drives during festivals, winters, and disasters — provide dry ration packages and cooked food during emergencies. Clothing drives distribute new and gently used clothing, with special focus on winter wear for children and the elderly.
