👩 A Skilled Woman
Changes a Family.

When women earn, entire families rise. Naari Shakti provides vocational training, financial literacy, and peer support to women across India.

The women who come to Naari Shakti training centres are not there because they lack capability. They are there because the system never invested in them. Our 3-to-6 month training programmes in tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, beauty therapy, and community health work meet women where they are — with schedules designed around family responsibilities.

Beyond the vocational skill, every participant receives basic financial literacy training — savings habits, bank account access, microfinance linkages, and SHG formation. Over 80% of our graduates remain economically active long after completing the programme.

Machine operation, garment cutting, stitching, and embroidery — women learn to work from home or form cooperative units.

Young people in India face a specific problem: they are educated enough to aspire, but not trained enough to be employed. The gap between school-leaving and stable income is where dreams are lost. Yuva Shakti bridges that gap with practical, market-aligned training in trades with genuine, local demand.

We train for employment that exists in the real economy — not skills that look good on paper but lead nowhere.

Every course ends with a placement or enterprise support stage — helping graduates find employment or start their own micro-enterprise with mentoring and microfinance linkages.
